Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Academics, Operations, and Leadership teams. The role involves dashboard creation, funnel and cohort analysis, performance tracking, and providing insights that directly influence business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Data Studio).
• Create KPI scorecards for Sales, Marketing, Academics, Finance, and Center P&L.
• Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and program profitability evaluation.
• Present insights in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support strategic decisions through A/B tests, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy across LMS, CRM, Marketing, and Finance systems.
• Collaborate with product and IT teams to improve data pipelines and event tracking.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for operational and strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst / Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of Python (Pandas / NumPy) or R is an advantage.
• Knowledge of key business metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, DAU/MAU, Retention, Funnel Conversion, and Cohort Performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent data storytelling skills.
• Experience in EdTech, Ecommerce, SaaS, or digital product companies preferred.
