Summary
We are looking for Business Intelligence Analyst who is responsible for accurate tool and customer data while supporting critical business processes across SAP, CPQ, CRM, and Install & Warranty systems. The position requires equal focus on Business process execution and technical proficiency, working closely with GIS, Field Service, Sales, Marketing, and Pricing to maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Accurate tool and customer data across SAP and related databases.
- Enable cross-functional teams with reliable data, timely insights, and process support.
- Streamline and manage requests through RMS and ServiceNow for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on projects and UAT to enhance tool database and connected systems.
- Deliver actionable insights and ad-hoc reports to drive informed business decisions.
Required Skills
Business Process Skills (50%):
- Basic Understanding of CRM, CPQ (Pricing & Quote).
- Knowledge of Install & Warranty workflows would be an advantage.
- Ability to work with Cross-functional and GIS teams
Technical Skills (50%):
- SAP: Moderate proficiency in transactional activities and Custom Tables.
- SQL: Ability to query and validate data.
- Tableau: Dashboard creation and reporting.
Qualifications
Graduate B.E. or BSc or BCA with analytical and stepwise approach to help resolve business team issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to complex processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
