Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models to facilitate decision-making within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports. - Optimize data workflows and support automation initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in BI, MIS, or data analytics roles. - Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
