Job Description

Role Overview: As the leader of the EMS business, your primary objective is to provide strategic and operational guidance. Your focus will be on scaling revenue, fostering strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the business growth strategy in alignment with the promoter/board vision. - Identify new market opportunities in Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, Medical, and Export segments. - Develop partnerships with OEMs and Tier-1 customers to expand the order book. - Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering. - Drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, and process efficiency to reduce costs and improve margins. - Ensure adherence to industry standards such as ISO, IATF, IPC, ESD, etc. - Strengthen existing customer relationships and onboard new domestic & global clients. - Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies. - Represent the company in industry forums, exhibitions, and customer meetings. - Own the company's P&L drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and working capital efficiency. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. - Support fundraising/capex planning as required for expansion. - Build and mentor a strong leadership team across operations, supply chain, engineering, and sales. - Drive a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability. - Ensure employee engagement and retention in a competitive EMS talent market.
