Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
• Should do lead generation and identify new prospects through bidding and fixing an appointment with decision maker like Director, CEO or IT Head in a organization and Supporting to Business Development Team
• Should do Data Mining, Market Research, Lead generation, Sending a proposal and requesting for PO.Following the customer for payments and handling service feed backs.
• Strong experience in bidding, Online bidding, Negoitation skills.
• Running Email Campaign, Call Campaign according to the Vertical.
• Should handles Incoming calls and email enquiries.

- Led cross-functional teams to execute blockchain ,RPA ,AI initiatives, coordinating developers, stakeholders, and partners to deliver projects on time and within scope

- Defined and implemented business growth strategies, identified new market opportunities, and managed key partnerships to drive company expansion in the crypto ecosystem.

- Developed and negotiated strategic partnerships with clients, fintech companies, and enterprise partners, increasing product distribution and driving revenue growth.

- Collaborated with product and engineering teams to improve solution adoption, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business plans and user-centric outcomes.

- Managed project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline planning to ensure efficient delivery of blockchain-based products and AI ,RPA services.

- Conducted market and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for blockchain adoption and differentiation

- Oversaw CRM data management, tracked partnerships, and maintained up-to-date performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Fostered a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the organization.
