As a Microsoft Dynamics and SAP B1 Partner, Technolabz boasts a team of highly experienced consultants in MSD365, SAP, and AI. We provide development services for Dynamics NAV, Business Central, F&O, and CRM to various clients. Our expertise includes extension development, customization, upgrades, and 24/7 support for Dynamics ERP/CRM, along with integrated eCommerce, mobile app, and BI solutions. We also offer development support for SharePoint, .NET, and Azure platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder and Investment at Technolabz Business Solutions, located in Madurai. The Co-Founder will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business development, acquiring new clients, and managing day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the company. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be involved in building and nurturing a talented team dedicated to the advancement of new technologies and solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and profitability
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
