Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive at the mid-level particularly in US Healthcare market for a reputed RCM company in Chennai.


As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in meeting company goals. You will play an important role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.


Objectives


  • Sales Representation:

    Effectively represent the company and communicate our product offerings, aligning them with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Team Support:

    Collaborate with the senior sales team to pursue sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Sales Targets:

    Contribute to the achievement of company sales targets through proactive sales efforts and team coordination.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance the sales strategy.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and engage with healthcare providers, billing companies, and hospitals in the U.S. via email, calls, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Client Engagement:

    Schedule meetings, deliver product overviews, and work with senior sales staff to present customized RCM or healthcare IT solutions.
  • Sales Collateral & Demos:

    Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demos tailored to specific client needs.
  • Follow-up & Nurturing:

    Ensure consistent communication with prospects through timely follow-ups and value-driven interactions.
  • Sales Reporting:

    Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts to the sales manager.


Secondary Responsibilities


  • Market & Competitor Research:

    Track healthcare trends and competitor strategies to stay current and identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing:

    Support campaigns, webinars, and events to generate qualified leads and promote Company offerings.
  • Proposal Support:

    Assist in the creation of pricing documents, RFP responses, and basic contract drafts.
  • Post-Sale Coordination:

    Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution adoption.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience:

    2–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare IT or RCM solutions targeting the U.S. market.
  • Sales Process Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging U.S.-based clients.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for pipeline and lead management.
  • Client-Facing Confidence:

    Ability to present professionally to stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, medical billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Prior experience working with healthcare providers, medical billing companies, or EHR platforms.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud-based healthcare tools, or automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
