Business Development Specialist

Skills & Qualification:

• Experience: 6-9 years in Business development (preferably) & Sales.

• Product/Domain experience: 4+ years of experience in Digital BSS/OSS space.

• Should have a good understanding of the BSS Domain, including understanding of the capabilities of key BSS vendors.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing business development teams.

• Client Engagement: Proven ability of customer engagement in Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators.

• Should be able to work closely with the client partner & will be part of platform demonstrations to customer.

• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and attend industry events.

• Exposure to emerging technologies like AI , SaaS etc is a good to have. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Ability to navigate complex, global telecom markets and organizational structures. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of working in product companies, delivering product presentations.

• Been part of BSS implementations or transformation projects.

• Experience of working in BSS product companies or SI companies with knowledge of handling different BSS/OSS vendors.

• Should be self-driven and have a proactive approach
