About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager who will be at the forefront of
our client’s expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing
new leads and business opportunities while forging strategic partnerships, and building lasting relationships with new clients and partners.
Contract: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Work mode: On-site
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
● Conduct extensive cold & warm outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to inbound leads and establish contact with prospective clients
● Weekly revenue and enrolments tracking and reporting
● Extensive travel across Dubai and other emirates to meet potential clients in person
● Proactively research and identify potential partners and clients within sectors that would fall under the target group
● Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities
● Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and secure new partnerships across the region
● Establish and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners and key clients
● Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service
● Lead negotiations with prospective partners and clients by crafting compelling proposals and presentations
● Oversee the onboarding process for new leads, clients and partners, ensuring smooth integration across teams
● Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to senior management
Qualifications and experience required:
● 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for candidates who have also worked as a partnership manager and possess experience in Edtech or education sectors in the UAE
● Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
● Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, work independently with an owner's mindset
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in market research and CRM tools like HubSpot
● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a keen attention to detail
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English along with Arabic speaking / writing skills also preferred
● Exceptional organizational abilities
● Must be legally permitted to work within the United Arab Emirates.
