Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and oversee the development of cutting-edge fintech solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technologist with a deep understanding of Node.js, microservices architecture, and scalable software design, coupled with strong leadership and business Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Define and implement the companys technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Product Development : Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Technology Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures leveraging Node.js and other modern frameworks.
Team Building : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to deliver innovative fintech products.
Risk Management : Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Innovation : Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to maintain competitive :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related :

10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven expertise in Node.js, microservices architecture, and scalable backend systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Deep knowledge of APIs, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of fintech industry standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
