What You’ll Do:

🔍 Research & Strategy: Analyze college cutoff trends, admission criteria, and seat allotment patterns for government medical/dental/veterinary colleges.

Guidance: Provide clear, personalized counselling to students/parents, helping them prioritize college choices based on NEET ranks.

📢 Updates & Expertise: Stay updated on MCC/VCI guidelines, reservation policies, and counselling schedule changes.

🤝 Student Support: Build trust by addressing concerns, clarifying doubts, and offering actionable strategies.

We’re Looking For:

✅ Knowledge of NEET UG/PG counselling processes (MCC, state quotas, AIQ, VCI).

✅ Strong research skills to interpret admission data and predict trends.

✅ Excellent communication skills and hunger to research and support students

✅ Empathy, patience, and the ability to simplify complex processes.

✅ Prior experience in academic counselling/mentorship (medical field preferred).
