Business Development Executive – Enterprise (Direct Sales), AttackFence TechLabs Location : Gurugram / Bengaluru / Mumbai Experience : 3–5 years in Cybersecurity / Network Security / B2B Technology Sales About AttackFence: AttackFence is a next-generation Network Detection & Response (NDR) platform built to secure hybrid networks across IT, OT, and IoT environments. Powered by advanced AI and behavioral analytics, AttackFence enables organizations to detect, investigate, and respond to threats faster than legacy solutions even in highly complex environments. Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic, consultative, and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to expand AttackFence’s enterprise footprint. The role focuses on direct enterprise sales — identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers (CISO, CIO, SOC Head), coordinating with pre-sales for demos/PoCs, and closing deals across sectors such as BFSI, ITES, Manufacturing, Government enterprises etc. This position is ideal for someone with early-to-mid sales experience who wants to grow into an Enterprise Account Manager role within 12–18 months. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building • Research and identify potential enterprise clients in target industries. • Engage with cybersecurity and IT leaders through calls, LinkedIn, and events. • Qualify leads through need analysis, discovery calls, and account mapping. • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM. 2. Sales Execution • Work closely with the pre-sales team to deliver tailored AttackFence demos and PoCs. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses under supervision of senior sales manager. • Manage short and medium-cycle deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation. • Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization. 3. Account Development • Build relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations. • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities. • Work with customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • New logo acquisitions per quarter • Qualified leads to closure conversion rate • Quarterly revenue target achievement • PoC-to-deal conversion ratio • Pipeline growth and CRM hygiene Required Skills & Experience: • 3–5 years in enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales (preferred: NDR, SIEM, SOC, EDR, or IDS/IPS). • Proven experience in consultative selling to CISOs / IT Security Heads. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable understanding network security concepts, visibility tools, and threat detection use cases. • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
