Job Title: Business Development Executive – UAE & Europe Markets Location: Jaipur, India (On-site) Department: Sales / Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive based in Jaipur to manage and grow client relationships across the UAE and European markets . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales and be highly skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads, connect with decision-makers, and drive sales growth across these key regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in UAE and Europe using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools. Manage and nurture client relationships with international stakeholders, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Middle East and European regions. Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client demands and regional market expectations. Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Work from the office . Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and occasionally represent the company at international events or expos (remotely or in-person when applicable). Requirements: 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development , ideally in international markets. Prior experience handling clients in the UAE and/or Europe is a must. Expert user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship building. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Well-versed in global sales techniques and international business etiquette. Based in Jaipur , with the ability to work flexible hours if required. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic, German, French) are a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in IT, SaaS, digital services, or consulting sectors. Understanding of B2B marketing strategies for international markets.
