Job Title: Business Development Executive – UAE & Europe Markets

Location: Jaipur, India (On-site)
Department: Sales / Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive based in Jaipur to manage and grow client relationships across the UAE and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales and be highly skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads, connect with decision-makers, and drive sales growth across these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in UAE and Europe using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital tools.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships with international stakeholders, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Middle East and European regions.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client demands and regional market expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Work from the office.
  • Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and occasionally represent the company at international events or expos (remotely or in-person when applicable).

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in international markets.
  • Prior experience handling clients in the UAE and/or Europe is a must.
  • Expert user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in global sales techniques and international business etiquette.
  • Based in Jaipur, with the ability to work flexible hours if required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic, German, French) are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, digital services, or consulting sectors.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies for international markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
