Graphic and UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and UI/UX Designer to become a valuable part of our team. Your primary focus will involve crafting visually engaging designs that provide users with intuitive and seamless experiences across various digital platforms such as websites and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Graphic Design: Develop digital graphics, logos, and branding materials to enhance our visual identity. - UI Design: Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps, including the creation of wireframes and prototypes. - UX Design: Conduct user research, build personas, and optimize user flows to enhance overall user experience. - Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives. - Testing: Perform usability testing and iteratively refine designs based on user feedback. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in Graphic and UI/UX Design, with a preference for 2+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, or Sketch. - Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and an awareness of current design trends. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. This position is based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and requires on-site work at our office. It is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
