Graphic and UI/UX Designer

As a Graphic and UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually engaging designs that offer users intuitive and seamless experiences on digital platforms like websites and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Graphic Design: You will be developing digital graphics, logos, and branding materials to enhance our visual identity. - UI Design: Your tasks will involve creating user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps, including wireframes and prototypes. - UX Design: You will conduct user research, build personas, and optimize user flows to improve the overall user experience. - Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives. - Testing: Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in Graphic and UI/UX Design, with a preference for 2+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, or Sketch. - Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and an awareness of current design trends. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. This position is based in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and requires on-site work at our office. It is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
