Role Description

Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for

  websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials

• Develop

  user-friendly UI/UX designs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and seamless integration.
• Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine visuals for final delivery.
• Maintain brand identity across all digital and print platforms while driving creative innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Arts, Fine Arts (BFA), or a related field.

• 2–3 years of professional experience

  in

  both Graphic Design and UI/UX

  (mandatory).
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Expertise in

  Figma

  (required) or

  Sketch

  for UI/UX workflows.
• Strong understanding of

  typography, colour theory, layout principles

  , and

  user-centred design

  .
• A creative

  portfolio demonstrating versatility

  across UI/UX and graphic design projects.
• Excellent

  communication, organisation, and time-management

  skills.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

• Experience working in an

  agency or marketing team environment

• Knowledge of

  Canva

  for quick design adaptations.
• Familiarity with

  responsive and interactive design principles

  .
• Understanding of

  motion graphics or animation

  (a plus).
