Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and developing HR strategies and policies. The role includes tasks such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and training and development. The HR Manager is expected to foster a positive work environment and ensure all HR operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Understanding of legal compliance and HR policies
• Skills in training and development, and organizational development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous
