Graphic and UI/UX Designer

As a Graphic Designer at ANRA Technologies, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in UI/UX design principles. Your role will involve shaping the visual identity of the brand and enhancing the user experience of our SaaS applications. Here's what you can expect: - Define and uphold visual standards across products and marketing materials to ensure brand consistency. - Translate strategic goals into design concepts that reinforce the brand's identity. - Establish and maintain a scalable design system for consistent output across various touchpoints. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-friendly interfaces based on insights. - Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design intent. - Design intuitive UI elements and interactions to simplify complex B2B workflows. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing to improve overall user experience. - Create and adapt various creative assets such as landing pages, banners, brochures, and more to support marketing initiatives. - Ensure cohesive visual storytelling across digital, print, and social media channels. - Collaborate with different teams to align design with business objectives and contribute innovative ideas. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech environments. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices. - Experience in Video Editing is a plus. - Ability to develop and maintain design systems for consistent output. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly. - Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
