The role requires a candidate who is passionate about sales, aggressive in conversions, and committed to achieving targets. The BDM will also drive customer relationships, market development, and participate in exhibitions and customer visits. Key Responsibilities:- • Manage all inbound and outbound enquiries from initial response to final order closure. • Prepare and send quotations; conduct structured follow-ups and negotiations. • Maintain strong enquiry-to-order conversion through disciplined sales execution. • Submit a monthly order forecast with clear prospective deals and timelines. • Visit prospective and existing customers to strengthen relationships and support decision-making. • Represent the company in trade exhibitions and manage lead generation. • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities. • Regularly update sales reports, enquiry status, and market feedback. Skills & Competencies:- • Strong passion for sales with an aggressive and target-oriented approach. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and explain technical machinery solutions (training will be provided). • High follow-up discipline and result-driven mindset. Qualifications:- • Graduate / Diploma + MBA (Sales or Marketing) preferred. • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience (food processing machinery/ other capital equipment preferred).
