Position Overview:The Business Development ExecutiveMarketing Executive will be responsible foridentifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving salesgrowth for the company s pharmaceutical products. This role involves market research fornew and currents products, identification of potential products, client acquisition andcollaboration with internal teams to meet revenue and expansion targets.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activities, and potentialgrowth segments.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients, suppliers and otherstake holders.Overall responsible for sustenance and growth of the company s sales.Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance withclient requirements.Participate in pharmaceutical exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events topromote company products.Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communications in the CRMsystem.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potentialproduct opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor s degree in business, management, pharmaceutical, engineering ora related field.5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within thepharmaceutical industry.Pharmaceutical APIIntermediate sales or marketing experience is required.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical bulk drugs and intermediates, market dynamics,and distribution channels.Experience in anti-ulcerent products like pantoprazole is highly preferred.Aggressive and goal-driven approach to business growthDynamic problem solver with quick decision-making abilityEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesKey Skills :Company ProfileWelcome, it is a Gujarat-based company focused on manufacturing pharmaceutical products, bulk drugs, and intermediates.
