Position: Business Development Executive / Manager (US Market / MSP) Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Vadodara (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 🔹Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the US Staffing and MSP ecosystem Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking Work with VMS platforms and MSP programs to identify new business opportunities Build & maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP contacts Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure high-quality delivery 🔹Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5 years of proven experience in US staffing business development / MSP sales Strong track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Good understanding of VMS tools, MSP processes, and US staffing models Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently Must be comfortable working onsite in Vadodara (Night Shift)
