Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive / Manager (US Market / MSP)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Vadodara (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

🔹Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the US Staffing and MSP ecosystem
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Work with VMS platforms and MSP programs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP contacts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure high-quality delivery

🔹Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in US staffing business development / MSP sales
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of VMS tools, MSP processes, and US staffing models
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Vadodara (Night Shift)
