Business Development Specialist

Job Description

Preferred: Digital marketing agency work experience. Prior exposure to International sales & outreach strategies. Familiarity with digital KPIs and basic marketing metrics. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets. Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and emailing to generate leads for digital marketing services (web development, SEO, PPC and Social media marketing). Client Handling & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and materials. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and pricing to close high-value deals. Handle contract discussions with professionalism and attention to detail. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the project and account management teams for smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts. Proposal & Presentation: Preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients. Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized plans and pricing. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a digital agency). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, PPC, website development, etc.). Comfortable handling international client conversations and time zones. Show more Show less
