Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales initiatives for farm lands, luxury villas, and senior living projects across Bangalore and Karnataka. The role demands a dynamic professional with proven expertise in high-value real estate sales, client management, and channel partner development. Key Responsibilities * Drive end-to-end sales for farm plots, villas, and senior living projects through direct and indirect channels. * Identify, engage, and convert high-potential buyers through relationship-driven selling and site visits. * Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients. * Manage and expand channel partner and broker networks to increase reach and visibility. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high conversion and customer satisfaction levels. * Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead generation activities. * Provide regular feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis. Key Requirements * Graduate / MBA with 3–7 years of real estate HNI sales experience, preferably in premium villas, farm lands, or plotted developments. * Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of high-ticket sales success. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. * Established network of, channel partners, and HNI clientele in Bangalore and Karnataka. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a team or working independently.
