Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, demonstrating solutions, conducting site visits, and closing automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers interested in home automation solutions
• Invite and guide customers through the Totem Experience Center
• Demonstrate automation products including lighting, security, and home theater systems
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements
• Propose customized automation solutions
• Close sales and maintain long-term customer relationships

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong customer orientation and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable with technology and smart home concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, Architects & interior designers’ networks, or home solutions is an advantage
