Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, market research, and high-volume outreach through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities .
  • Drive the full sales cycle from outreach, solution
    presentation, pricing, and negotiation to closure and onboarding
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Reach out to prospects, explain offerings, and nurture initial conversations
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead/prospect data in CRM tools
  • Pitch offerings, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer need.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years to 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals(B2C or B2B acceptable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with persistence
  • Discipline, cultural fit, and willingness to learn
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively
