  • End-to-End Sales

    : Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closureensuring smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Generation

    : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in alignment with company goals.
  • IC & Team Leadership

    : Operate as a high-performing IC while mentoring and guiding a small sales execution team.
  • Client Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy

    : Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
  • Market Intelligence

    : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
