Meta Ads Specialist

Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns (Lead Gen, Conversions, Traffic, etc.)  Create and test different ad creatives, copy, formats, and audience segments Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to ensure best performance and budget utilization Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Assist in creating proposals, case studies, and media plans for potential clients Support the Business Development team during pitches and discovery calls Help estimate ad budgets and projected performance for leads/prospects Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance performance and conversions Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates Manage client relationships and expectations across all digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content, and Email Marketing Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met Lead regular client calls to review campaign performance, discuss strategies, and gather feedback Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital marketing services based on client needs Maintain detailed records of client communication, campaign progress, and feedback Show more Show less
