Business Development Officers

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads in the home interiors/interior products segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs.
  • Promote and sell interior products and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in interior product sales or building materials sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-focused.
