Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer based in Kerala, India. The Business Development Officer will actively identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends. The role includes promoting financial products and services, addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in New Business Development and a track record of successfully driving growth
Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends and make informed business decisions
Knowledge of Finance and financial products to effectively promote services
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is an added advantage
