Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Conduct meetingsboth virtually and in personto discuss customer requirements and demonstrate product solutions.

• Present and promote the companys networking and connectivity products effectively.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents as per client needs.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Manage and update sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Attend product training sessions and industry events to stay updated with trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, B.E., or MBA preferred. • 35 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, networking, or telecom industries.
• Strong understanding of networking and technical products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
