Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for financial products (Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan, Mortgage, LAP & Home Loan).
• Explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to clients professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Process customer applications and coordinate required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional communication standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or financial services preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer handling and relationship management.
• Basic understanding of loan & credit products.
• Positive attitude with strong convincing ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
