Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Didwana for a Business Development Officer. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, assess market trends, and execute strategies for growth while ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with the company's mission.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and strong ability to identify growth opportunities
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and a good understanding of financial principles
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset
Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build long-term relationships
Understanding of the financial services sector, particularly microfinance and MSME business loans, is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
