Job Objective

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide strong

  technical leadership

  and mentorship to software engineering teams.
• Design and architect

  end-to-end cloud-based software solutions

  , ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead and manage the

  entire product development lifecycle

  from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, support, and product engineering.
  
• Drive

  research and experimental projects

  , including proof of concepts and prototypes.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of

  10 to 20 engineers

  , ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Design and architect

  highly scalable cloud infrastructure

  , integrating modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in technical planning, project estimation, and code reviews.
  

Technical Skills & Requirements:-

Core Programming & Web Development

• Strong hands-on experience with

  PHP

  (mandatory)

• Additional experience with

  Python, Perl, Angular, React.js

• Web frameworks:

  CodeIgniter, Django

• Front-end:

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Cloud & Infrastructure

• In-depth knowledge of

  cloud architecture design

  and implementation
• Familiarity with

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  cloud platforms
• Experience with

  Docker, Kubernetes

  , and cloud-native deployments

Database Technologies

• Proficient in

  PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle

Software Design & Management

• Experience with

  UML and software design patterns

• Version control:

  Git, Subversion (SVN), CVS

• Exposure to

  Agile methodologies / Scrum Master role

• Understanding of

  computer networks

  and basic networking concepts

Additional Skills

• Soft skills: leadership, time management, organization

• 802.11 knowledge (added advantage)

Qualification

• BE: Computer/IT
• ME/MS/M Tech or higher Computers/IT/Electronics

Experience

• 6 to 10

  years of industry experience
• Networking domain (preferable)
• Managed a team of engineers
