Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in India for a Business Development Officer. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to align business strategies. The Business Development Officer will also analyze market trends, support financial planning, and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance to drive decision-making processes
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Experience in delivering high-quality Customer Service to foster positive client relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the local market in India is a strong advantage
