Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TA Specialist located in Gurugram. The TA Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented candidates for various roles within the organization. The role includes conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
