ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job posting on relevant portals/ social media
Sourcing and screening of relevant CVs in line with Job Description through different channels/portals.
Follow up with the hiring managers for detailed feedback
Interview co-ordination with all concerned stakeholders
Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Creating the databank of frequently recruited positions
Managing and maintaining the tracker to understand the adherence / deviation of recruitment SLAs
Dashboards to relevant business stakeholders
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Essential Qualification : Any graduate + MBA HR
Experience : 4 to 6 Years
