About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader/Manager at SkyHike, you will drive sales growth by

managing, motivating, and guiding a team of travel consultants. You will play a

critical role in ensuring the team achieves sales targets, delivers excellent customer

service, and contributes to SkyHike’s mission of providing exceptional travel

experiences.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and building

strategic partnerships to expand SkyHike’s reach. You will be responsible for

developing and executing sales strategies. Other duties will include market research,

developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and

identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

Manage and lead a team of sales executives, setting clear goals and objectives.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to ensure individual and

team success.

Foster a positive and high-performing work environment that motivates the

team to excel.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

revenue & Profit targets.

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs and conversion

rates.

Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SkyHike’s products and

services.

3. Customer-Centric Approach

Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term

relationships with clients.

Address and resolve escalated customer queries and concerns in a timely

manner.

Continuously gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and

services.

4. Reporting & Analytics

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

Use data insights to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve

team performance.

5. Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns and lead-generation

strategies.●

Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of travel

packages.

Collaborate with product development teams to design customized trips

based on market demand.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership

role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.

Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian travel market, adventure tourism,

and group treks is a plus.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales software.
