Business Development Manager

Sudish World Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing service-based organization offering manpower solutions, staffing services, IT services, and business support solutions across multiple industries in India. With a strong operational base in Patna, we serve clients PAN India with a focus on quality workforce deployment and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Manpower Services division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding business operations, acquiring new clients, managing corporate relationships, and driving revenue growth across India.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and implement business development strategies for manpower & staffing services
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, security, and IT staffing sectors
• Generate leads, pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, operations managers, and decision-makers
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & client acquisition targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits across Pan India

Required Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 2–6 years of experience in business development (Manpower/Staffing industry preferred/Other Exp.)
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of staffing contracts, compliance, and manpower deployment models
• Ability to travel Pan India as per business requirements
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manpower consultancy or staffing agency
• Existing corporate client network (added advantage)
• Strong understanding of Pan India manpower demand
• Leadership and team coordination skills
