Position Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Doctor Chambers, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), and Corporate Partners to establish. You will lead growth and activation efforts in your assigned region while ensuring a high-quality partner and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard clinics, RWAs, and corporates suitable for Apollo Tez installations.
  • Target Ownership: Meet or exceed monthly acquisition, revenue, and activation targets in the designated territory.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (ops, legal, tech) for smooth partner onboarding and activation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Apollo Tez partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Service Activation & Enablement: Guide partners through infrastructure setup, digital onboarding (DocVerse), and pharmacy go-live processes.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for partner teams on digital tools, pharmacy SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Issue Management: Handle escalations using the defined escalation matrix to resolve operational or service issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Business Development or Sales (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Language: Proficiency in the local/regional language is mandatory
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Experience working with clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare aggregators
