Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. To drive growth by generating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships, especially in target industries like automotive, food processing, and tobacco.
  2. The BDM will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale relationship management, ensuring alignment with technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
  3. Generate leads through market research, references, and outreach.
  4. Qualify prospects in target industries.
  5. Coordinate technical discussions and presentations.
  6. Facilitate vendor registration & documentation process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong technical understanding (preferably in mechanical or Mechatronics/custom machinery). Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM systems.
  • Self-driven, organized, and good at multitasking.
