Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard wholesale buyers including chemists, hospital pharmacies, and clinics.

  • Promote products (formulary and non-formulary) to dealers with focus on margin and volume.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell new SKUs and schemes.

  • Track competitor pricing, product launches, and market activity in the assigned territory.

  • Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination

  • Take accurate order details from clients (via field visits, calls, WhatsApp).

  • Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order picking, invoicing, and dispatch.

  • Ensure delivery schedules are met and proactively resolve any fulfillment issues.

  • Handle follow-ups on shortages, wrong supplies, or delays with urgency.

  • Collections & Credit Management

  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per credit terms.

  • Follow up on outstanding dues and reconcile accounts with finance team.
