As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, your role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals like doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and increasing product awareness in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive product sales. - Schedule and conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. - Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and product presentations. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales (preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with at least 1 year of sales experience.
