We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged salesperson to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential clients. For this, you need to obtain the list of individual information and source the data for additional members from the targeted audience. To be a successful salesperson, you need to have the capability to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. Even they need to suggest ways in which client feedback can be utilized to improve the product or services. Role and Responsibility Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings. Doing on ground survey by travelling in 200km radius to identify prospective clients. Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings. Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities. Education Qualification: Bsc, Msc, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MBA, BBA Basic knowledge of Pharmaceuticals is mandatory. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
