Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaged salesperson to enhance our sales performance by engaging with both existing and potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve obtaining individual information and sourcing data for additional members from our targeted audience. To thrive in this role, you must possess the ability to persuade even the most challenging individuals to invest in our offerings. You will also be expected to provide insights on how client feedback can be leveraged to enhance our products or services. Role and Responsibilities: - Thorough understanding of our product or service offerings. - Conduct on-ground surveys within a 200km radius to identify potential clients. - Regularly update and acquire individual contact lists. - Meet and exceed sales targets established by the organization. - Stay abreast of market trends to enhance customer service. - Identify customer requirements and offer solutions through our products and services. - Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with prospective clients. - Provide clarity on performance expectations through regular meetings. - Approach all tasks with respect, irrespective of the situation. - Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities. Education Qualification: - Bsc, Msc, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MBA, BBA - Basic knowledge of Pharmaceuticals is essential.
