Job Title: Pharma Sales Executive Job Location: Industrial Area, Phase 2, Panchkula Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities: Sales & Product Promotion: Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Present product details, benefits, and usage to doctors and pharmacists. Develop a strong network with healthcare professionals to ensure market penetration and sales growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitive products, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and report on pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals (doctors, chemists, distributors). Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and conferences to educate healthcare professionals about new products. Product Training & Support: Provide training to customers on product usage, benefits, and features. Answer any product-related queries and address concerns from healthcare professionals. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including calls made, sales activities, and feedback from clients. Submit reports to the Sales Manager as required. Prepare and track monthly sales performance and pipeline reports. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns. Coordinate with other sales executives to share insights, strategies, and support. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with the company’s ethical standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulatory changes, and product information. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information in an engaging and professional manner. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in handling objections, closing sales, and negotiating deals with clients. Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, their uses, and benefits. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in specially in PCD firms.
