Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities.
  • Align solutions with client needs and lead deal closures.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure consistent communication.
  • Analyze market trends and maintain sales reports.
  • Engage with domestic and international clients to boost visibility.
  • Lead and mentor the Inside Sales team for performance growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and optimize the sales pipeline process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Motivated and ambitious with a drive for results.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and tools.
