Business Growth & Sales Strategy • Develop and execute business expansion plans to increase national sales. • Identify and establish a dealer-distributor network across India. • Work closely with consultants and key industry stakeholders to gain brand approvals. • Devise and implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion. 2. Strong Negotiation & Communication • Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to maximize profitability. • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, fire consultants, and safety officers. • Ensure high-level brand positioning and approvals from industry consultants. 3. Marketing & Brand Positioning • Represent the company in national and international exhibitions to promote products. • Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales promotional activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. 4. Industry & Product Knowledge • Stay updated on fire safety regulations and industry advancements. • Ensure the company's offerings align with the latest fire safety standards and client needs. • Work on continuous brand enhancement and customer acquisition strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Experience: 5-7 years in a product-driven role in fire safety, real estate, fire alarms, extinguishers, biometrics, or related industries. ✅ Education: MBA in Marketing or a relevant Marketing/Business Development course. ✅ Language & Communication: Strong English proficiency (verbal & written). ✅ Negotiation Skills: Must be an exceptionally strong negotiator with a proven track record. ✅ Business Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies. ✅ Networking & Brand Approvals: Experience in working with consultants to get brand approvals. ✅ Dealer-Distributor Network: Expertise in setting up and managing a nationwide distribution system. ✅ Exhibitions & Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively and participate in industry exhibitions.
