Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Turnkey Retail Projects Industry: Retail / Interior Fit-Out / Civil Construction Location: Mira Road Experience Required: 2+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the end-to- end execution of turnkey retail projects, including civil and interior works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling projects from client briefing to final handover, with a strong ability to coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:  Understand client requirements and participate in site surveys, project feasibility, and planning stages.  Assist in preparing project scope, cost estimates, timelines, and technical documentation.  Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.  Supervise on-site execution including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works.  Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion.  Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality standards and compliance.  Conduct site inspections and quality checks during and after execution.  Maintain documentation, track project costs, and prepare progress reports.  Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.  Assist in handling handover processes and closure documentation. Key Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.  2+ years of experience in project management of retail/interior/civil turnkey projects.  Knowledge of interior finishes, fit-outs, MEP works, and civil construction practices.  Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and execution details.  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.  Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.  Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  Strong vendor and contractor management abilities. Preferred Experience:  Experience in managing retail store rollouts or commercial interior fit-out projects.  Exposure to quality standards and safety protocols in project execution.  Knowledge of statutory approvals and local construction regulations.
